Rates

As a Master Metered Community, all Royal Palms Residents benefit from lower cost commercial utility rates. Electricity, Water and Wastewater services are delivered to all lots by the City of Austin, but billed by Royal Palms (i.e.; no utility deposits to City). Propane is available, as desired. All lots have a paved patio and off-street paved parking for 2 vehicles and most are covered with oak and elm trees. Dumpsters are placed throughout the Community for disposal of household trash. A recycling station is located on the Clubhouse Island, near the Playground.

RV/Camper/Travel Trailer Lots

Royal Palms provides Premium and Standard Lots for RV's, campers and travel trailers. Premium lots average 85' x 45' (3825 sq ft) and Standard lots average 50' x 30' (1500 sq ft). Noticeably, Premium lots provide greater separation between neighbors and offer a larger yard.
